Tickets are for EURO24 Group games featuring England and Scotland plus an additional £750 spending money (excludes opening match v Germany). BYD are liable for tickets with full details of the winners announced before a deadline (date tbc April 24). Match tickets will be provided by BYD and shared with the winner via D. M Keith. This is a BYD network wide event with each retailer holding a draw with participating qualifying BYD test drives between 4th-31st March. Only 1 entry per customer with one qualifying customer address. Draw for the winner will be announced in the first week of April. D. M. Keith will not be liable for travel or accommodation for the winner. D. M. Keith limited are not liable for the “match day tickets” supplied by BYD. D. M. Keith Ltd are working in partnership to promote the event with BYD. D. M. Keith Limited are supporting the campaign with the additional £750 which will be transferred to the winner via BACS to a UK bank registered bank account with all test drive conditions being met. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Prize offer may be withdrawn at any stage. No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition with all entries to correctly identified on the BYD Halo Booking System. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry with employees of the promoter and D. M. Keith Ltd not eligible to enter with all registered participants holding a UK bank account. D. M. Keith Ltd will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. D. M. Keith takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond D. M. Keith Ltds’ reasonable control, the we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
